	全球的将近一半，主要包括：IPTV、互联网电视、移动电
	视、有线电视等。有预测表明，全球IPTV用于将在2014年超
	过1亿，2016年达到1.55亿；全球3.8亿用户见将在2015年使用
	联网设备观看互联网电视（OTT）；全球移动电视用户将
	在2014年达到5.34亿。\n\n全球及亚太一些国家已实现三网
	融合，一些还在探索的道路上不断前进。中国已公布三
	网融合试点城市名单，整合广播、电视服务和电信服务
	，加快网络的总体规划和重建，并加强监测信息和文化
